Mailchimp's APIs are now back to normal, and all functionality with the integration is now back.
If you are still getting Healthcheck warnings in Beacon, please reconnect to Mailchimp, which will resolve the issue.

Mailchimp has applied a fix that appears to have fixed the issue.
If you tried to connect/reconnect to Mailchimp yesterday during their issue, we recommend trying again today in Beacon to ensure everything is set up correctly.
We will continue to monitor the situation and do testing on our side to ensure everything is back to normal, and will update here when we feel this is fully resolved.

Update -
After a full investigation, we have diagnosed that the issue appears to be due to an issue with Mailchimp & a specific API endpoint that is reserved for Integration Partners like Beacon. This appears to be impacting multiple integration partners that work with Mailchimp, not just Beacon. We have escalated multiple times to their support, and are still awaiting an update on either a fix or a timeline.
We will update you when we hear back from their technical team and any actions that need to be taken.
For now, please continue to ignore the Healthcheck warnings and do not try to reconnect the integration.

Our team have identified the specific error that MailChimp is returning. The problem is with the authentication flow and seems to be on MailChimp's side. We have contacted the MailChimp technical team to alert them to error. Our team is exploring options to work around the problem with MailChimp. As yet we don't have a time estimate for when this will be resolved.
