Beacon Live chat is now back to normal, and we are monitoring to ensure that the fix has worked in the long term.

Investigating -
We are investigating reports that our chat functionality is not working for all users (the widget in the bottom right of Beacon that you use to talk to our Support team).
This has also impacted our support team's ability to see any messages that have already been sent.
